Here’s What No One Tells You About Gym Suite Photos, May Panche

Most of the time, men work much harder; the Average Guy likely performs twice as many sets and reps as the Average Girl.

Look, Most women, despite what they might say, find the gym boring; They don’t like it there. Instead, they attend the gym because they believe they “should be.”Or, their bathroom mirror or scale informed them that they had packed too many el-bees.

However, it is rarely their “thing.”They may want to lose weight and “get a better butt” (Their collective adage!). Additionally, perhaps some muscle definition. But that’s about it for 75% of them, which is meh. One in four or five women enjoys the gym to the point where it has become a favorite pastime.

Therefore, a lot of women hang out in gyms. A LOT.Using the machines, stretching on the mats, lying down, and texting, furthermore, … substantially more of that than genuine working out.

(Believe me; I’ve timed them.)I know; I am employed by a central gym. I spend 40 hours a week there. For many female gym goers, texting takes five minutes for one ten-rep set.

Yes..there are obviously exceptional cases for this standard. One out of every eight to ten women might really “hit it hard” at the gym. The remaining individuals are present to be able to say, “I work out and go to the gym.”They feel better about themselves when they think about that. Especially when they look at all those gorgeous actresses and models and feel, well, you know.

Now, roughly half of the guys at the gym will work hard and honestly. Therefore, 5 or 6 out of 10 rather than 1 or 2 out of 10 for chicks. Don’t get me wrong—the boys will spend time texting or BSing with their gym bros, but not nearly as much as the girls do.

Women typically prioritize cardio more. Conversely, men lift significantly more weight and place a greater emphasis on gaining muscle mass through regular resistance training.

Regarding “regimented,” it appears that men have a better plan or routine that is more organized. The women are more likely to “wing it” and do what they want. On days when they feel subpar, men are more likely to slog through and force themselves to complete their scheduled routine. On the other hand, girls will shrug it off when they feel like doing dog doo-doo, riding a bike, or doing a light elliptical for 15 minutes—with their phones, of course—and then call it quits and head home.

These are my observations as a professional trainer who has worked in three different fitness clubs for about a decade and has been a gym rat all my life. The only reason this post sounds sexist is that it IS! At my gym, the two sexes typically, though not always, behave differently. That is the way things are. Take it as you please.

I hope this is of use!
